Peace during stressful times

She walked into the office obviously stressed.  Her eyes showed pain and the tightness of her facial muscles showed tension. Not much was going “right” in her life just then. When she left she’d had forty-five minutes of peace, relaxation, and a different way of seeing what was happening “to” her.  NLP helped her discover the inner truth as she untightened and let go of her consicious thoughts.  What conscious mind throws into view as obstacles, truth can overcome. Sometimes we  find that when we set the critical factor and ego aside for a while what appears to be falling apart may just as well be coming together.
