In March 2013, as part of our Season for Nonviolence celebration, Unity of Berkeley Springs invited Adair to speak and do a workshop on communication. Adair did the Sunday message, a guided mediation and an after service workshop.The workshop on “Deep Listening”, was fun,interactive and well received by all the participants. We are still practicing some of the skills we learned for listening with our hearts. Adair speaks authentically from her heart, does beautiful guided meditations and I highly recommend her as a speaker or workshop facilitator.
