Adair Eves mentored me as a first year English teacher at Northern Middle School: she was a positive and influential mentor who allowed me to grow at my pace to best serve students. She is a professional and seasoned teacher/mentor that guided me in self-reflection, problem-solving, and classroom applications to teach and manage students in a positive manner. Adair’s guidance and ideas made my transition from the military a successful teaching experience: her time and coaching was vital to my work then and today!
